I hope everyone had a relaxing and fun break! I know I am ready to begin our last quarter on Tuesday!
ELA
We will continue reading My Father's Dragon, looking for details in our reading and creating paragraphs using those details. Students will present their "Wild Island" versions, along with their illustrations!
Spelling:
Tuesday: fix, fixed, born, go, goes,, hold, drill, army, pretty, stole
Wednesday: income, bought, pay, paid, enter, railroad, unable, ticket, account, driven
Thursday: Write words once with markings to prepare for the test tomorrow!
HISTORY
Students will be learning about the American Revolution and will be able to explain how the events at Lexington and Concord began the Revolution.
MATH
Students will be estimating quantities by proportion of size. They will be comparing and ordering numbers within 100.
