Week 29 March 7-11, 2016
Friday, March 11, is Athletic Field Day. This is a wonderful event where classes get to compete in a variety of events.
The link below is for parents who wish to volunteer in working the events. It is not a sign-up for volunteering in 1B.
To prepare for this event, students will be practicing on the field all week. It is important that each student have their own water bottle and hat. Please make sure they have sunscreen on before they come to school.
On the day of our event the students should wear a shirt that has green in it. Our class colors for the day are GREEN and the title of our team is Corinth. Students may wear shorts (not too short)for this event or denim pants. Since we will be eating lunch as a class, each child must have a nut-free lunch that day. After the event, we will return to our classroom to eat, and do crafts related to the Olympics.
