Week 27  February 29-March 4, 2016

Friday, March 4th is a Half day!

The excitement of the week was the field trip to the planetarium!  We had a safe and fun day and learned many new details about space.

Great friends had a wonder-filled Great Hearts Day at the MCC Planetarium!

Be sure and check the dates in the margin for the next calendar events.

You may have heard your child discuss hygiene this week.  We have ALL been discussing the importance of keeping clean each day.  The days are getting hotter and the students sweat quite a bit.  There have been temptations among the students to make fun of some children in regards to this.  I am working very hard to make sure this does not happen!  As a class we discussed what we could do each day to make sure we are clean, and that our uniforms are clean as well.  The class decided that bathing or showering each day would be a great idea.  This is a thoughtful group of students.
