WEEK 36 May 9-13, 2016
We had a wonderful week carving our keelboats, cutting apples to dehydrate, and creating our cereal box book reports! It's amazing that we accomplished all this and completed Dibels testing too!
Next week will be the end of the year Singapore Assessments. Please make sure your students are getting their rest so they can do their best.
Next Friday is our Famous Frontier Day at Archway! The news is already spreading abroad and there are many excited students ready to participate. Check the sign-up in case there are any items missing that we need. We are still in need of "dress up" clothes for our photo booth...especially boy shirts.
THANK YOU!!!!!! Parents for the wonderful gifts I received this week. I am so honored to be your child's teacher, with or without gifts! Hopefully we have created first grade memories to last a lifetime!
It is time to return all the readers and chapter books. I hope your child will continue to read all summer long to keep their skills sharp for second grade.
